This is a companion app for Green Circle Health (GCH) application on web.
GCH is a platform for families, employers, healthcare providers, insurance providers and public agencies to improve health and lower the cost of healthcare services.
GCH offers care programs to manage an individual’s wellness needs and chronic conditions. GCH allows families to store and share personal medical data including health profiles, vitals, documents, medications, appointments, contacts, medical histories and more.
The GCH App offers a simple interface that allows an individual to enter his/her health vitals. Vitals that are supported for entry include:
A1C – Glycated Haemoglobin %, Activities – Exercise, Steps, Calories Burned, Calorie Intake, Floors, Distance, Sleep, Sports & Games, Blood Glucose, Blood Oxygen, Blood Pressure, BMI, Body Temperature, Cholesterol, ECG, Fluid Intake, Heart Rate, Insulin, Pain Level, Relaxation Index, RPP, Urinary Output and Waist Circumference.
The Vitals updated on the GCH App will be updated on the GCH web platform when connected to the Internet. These Vitals will form the essential inputs to the various care programs on the GCH platform.
